个人简介:

查高峰,中山大学附属第七医院副研究员,中山大学“百人计划”青年骨干引进人才,Karolinska Institutet博士后。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者在权威期刊上发表SCI论文18篇,包括J. Am. Chem. Soc.; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.; Org. Lett.Eur. J. Med. Chem.; Adv. Synth. Catal.; Chem. Commun.其中2篇论文入选ESI高被引论文 (top 1%)H-Index 15。申请专利10余项,已授权2项。主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金项目。本课题组的研究方向为非病毒型基因递送系统的研究及其在mRNA疫苗、基因治疗以及蛋白替代疗法中的研究与应用。在基因递送载体的设计与应用上处于国内前列,多项研究成果已在本行业领先企业成功转化。

研究方向:

  1. 结合机器学习、组合化学开展新型非病毒型基因递送载体的设计与研究。
  2. 基于脂质的纳米颗粒递送系统(Lipid nanoparticle based gene delivery system)在mRNA疫苗、基因治疗以及蛋白替代疗法中的研究与应用。
