Dr. Luo is the deputy director and general secretary of the Critical Care Medicine Subcommittee of the China Medical Rescue Association, a member of the Critical Care and Respiratory Therapy Group of the Respiratory Diseases Subcommittee of the Guangdong Medical Association, and a standing committee member of the Intensive Medicine Subcommittee of the Guangdong Society of Hepatology.
