Li Ningning
Biography

Ningning Li’s group use the Flp-Frt and CreER-LoxP dual-system mouse models to detect and track the origin cells of tumors (such as breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, and glioma) for molecular target screening. Further expand the study of tumors and stroma, as well as neurodegenerative diseases, development of glia cells and gut-brain axis, considering biological and clinical significance. Long-term research interests aim to comprehensively explain the pathogenesis of these diseases from the perspective of multi-dimensional big data such as omics, molecular pathology and imaging, screen biomarkers and drug targets, and establish an effective and accurate diagnosis and treatment system.
