钟理,中山大学附属第七医院副研究员,博士生导师,深圳市高层次人才。主要研究方向:肿瘤新靶标的鉴定、调控与干预。研究成果主要发表在Nature Cell Biology、Science Advances、Journal of Clinical Investigation, Cell Reports Medicine、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Advanced Science、Oncogene、Cancer letters等期刊,主持国家自然科学基金面上等项项目等。

研究内容
1. 鉴定肿瘤转移的潜在靶标
肿瘤转移是一个复杂的多步骤过程:肿瘤细胞从原发灶中脱离,通过血液循环抵达远端转移器官,定植存活并增殖,最终形成肿瘤转移灶。我们主要研究肿瘤细胞与原位微环境以及转移靶器官微环境的相互作用机制,鉴定在肿瘤转移进程中发挥重要作用的细胞亚群和分子,从而建立靶向肿瘤转移(肿瘤-微环境互作)的治疗策略(Nat Cell Biol, 2020; Signal Transduct Target Ther; 2021; Adv Sci, 2023、2025; J Clin Invest, 2025)。
2. 寻找基于一线药物的联合疗法
我们主要基于CRIPSR文库筛选,鉴定肿瘤复发耐药的调控分子,旨在发现联合治疗新方法,改善肿瘤一线药物的疗效(Sci Adv, 2023; Cancer Letters, 2024;Oncogene, 2025)。
