个人简介
钟理,中山大学附属第七医院副研究员,硕士生导师,深圳市高层次人才。主要研究方向:肿瘤转移与微环境调控、肿瘤耐药与转录/表观遗传调控。以第一/通讯作者发表研究论文共十二篇,研究成果主要发表在Nature Cell Biology、Science Advances、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Advanced Science、Cancer letters等期刊。

研究内容
肿瘤转移是一个复杂的多步骤过程:肿瘤细胞从原发灶中脱离,通过血液循环抵达远端转移器官,定植存活并增殖,最终形成肿瘤转移灶。我们主要研究肿瘤细胞与原位微环境以及转移靶器官微环境的相互作用机制,鉴定在肿瘤转移进程中发挥重要作用的细胞亚群和分子,从而建立靶向肿瘤转移(肿瘤-微环境互作)的治疗策略(Nat Cell Biol, 2020; Signal Transduct Target Ther; 2021; Adv Sci, 2023)。
肿瘤细胞可塑性的转录/表观遗传调控已受到广泛关注,我们主要研究在肿瘤增殖及耐药过程中发挥关键作用的转录/表观遗传调控因子,明确其在相关疾病进展中的作用机制以及靶向价值(Sci Adv, 2023; Cancer Letters, 2024)。
