赵静

个人简介:     

赵静,同济大学,法国里尔科技大学双学士,中国科学院大学博士。现任中山大学附属第七医院特聘副研究员,硕士生导师,深圳市高层次专业人才。作为项目负责人先后承担国家自然科学基金,中国博士后科学基金,广东省自然科学基金,深圳市科创委基础研究项目等。主要研究成果发表在Advanced Science, BiomaterialsChemical Engineering JournalACS Appl. Mater. & Inter.等国际权威期刊上。获得国家发明专利授权8项,PCT专利授权1项。主要研究方向包括:1.生物材料的构建及其在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用;2.非病毒基因载体的构建及其在肿瘤及血友病中的应用

主要研究方向:

生物材料在药物/基因递送领域的研究。包括但不限于:基于离子干扰疗法的生物材料制备及应用;腹腔内表达CD3/EpCAM,CD3/her2, CD3/CMet抗体治疗恶性腹水、卵巢癌、结直肠癌的研究;肌肉细胞表达CD3/CD19, CD3/CD20抗体治疗恶性淋巴瘤的研究;肌肉细胞表达人凝血因子对血友病的治疗研究。
