许宇智
硕士生导师、副研究员

个人简介:

中山大学附属第七医院副研究员,硕士研究生导师,深圳市高层次专业人才。主要从事面向精准医学的生命分析化学研究,研究方向包括高灵敏表观遗传分析、疾病分子影像探针及靶向药物递送。已发表SCI期刊论文40余篇,其中以第一/通讯(含共同)作者身份发表SCI论文19篇(含中科院一区15篇,IF>107篇),包括J. Am. Chem. Soc.Adv. Mater.(2)Mol. CancerAdv. Sci.TrAC Trend. Anal. Chem.(2)Anal. Chem.(5) 等,近两年篇均影响因子达17.5;申请中国发明专利6项,其中获授权3项;主持了国自然青年基金1项、广东省基金3项、中国博士后基金1项、深圳市基金3项等纵向项目10项;担任深圳市分析测试协会生化检验专委会委员、Inorganics期刊客座编辑;获得广东省精准医学应用学会自然科学奖二等奖。

研究方向:

1. 普惠化表观遗传分析:发展超灵敏核酸扩增与化学标记新方法,构建无大型仪器依赖的普惠化表观修饰检测平台,用于肿瘤早期诊断。

2. 高时空分辨荧光探针:设计响应型荧光探针及CRISPR成像体系,实现活细胞与活体水平原位动态示踪,用于肿瘤机制研究。

3. 安全高效纳米递送系统构建零泄漏、多功能智能纳米载体,实现核酸、蛋白及细胞高效包封与靶向递送,发展铜死亡联合治疗及个性化肿瘤疫苗新疗法。
