个人简介：

      现任中山大学附属第七医院副研究员、硕士生导师，中山大学“百人计划”引进人才。2017年获香港大学遗传学/生物信息学博士学位，并于2017—2021年在哈佛医学院附属 Brigham and Women’s Hospital（BWH）从事博士后研究。2021年3月加入中山大学附属第七医院临床医学研究大数据中心。目前共发表科研论文34篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者（含共同）发表论文15篇，研究成果发表于 American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine、Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology、Thorax、Nucleic Acids Research 等国际高水平期刊。主持国家自然科学基金（面上项目）、广东省医学科学基金、深圳市科创委（面上项目）等多项科研课题。担任 EBioMedicine、PLOS Computational Biology、IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics、Respiratory Research 等国际期刊审稿人。

研究方向:

1.探索小非编码RNA（如 miRNA、piRNA 等）在哮喘发病机制中的关键分子作用，评估其作为潜在诊断标志物与治疗靶点的价值。
2.研究体外环状 DNA（eccDNA）在多种疾病中的形成机制、生物学功能及其临床转化意义。
3.利用人工智能（AI）与多组学综合分析技术，深入挖掘疾病致病机制，为精准医疗策略的研发与实施提供数据支持。
4.开发生物智能分析工具与数据处理平台，提高研究效率，增强生物医学数据的解析与应用能力。
5.聚焦生物信息学、生物统计学、基因组学、药物基因组学及流行病学等交叉领域，推动多学科融合驱动的生物医学研究创新。
