个人简介：

    中山大学附属第七医院科研中心研究员，博士生导师，中山大学高层次人才计划中青年杰出人才，广东省“珠江计划” 领军人才，深圳市卫生健康B类人才。2013年获得柏林洪堡大学细胞生物学博士学位（导师Walter Birchmeier院士），2014-2020年先后在德国MDC分子医学中心（合作导师Walter Birchmeier院士）和英国Francis Crick研究所（合作导师Axel Behrens院士）进行博士后研究，2021-2023年在英国伦敦肿瘤研究所（ICR）任职终身高级科学家（Staff Scientist）。2023年4月通过中山大学高层次人才计划加入中山大学附属第七医院。以第一/共同第一作者在Nature, EMBO J, Cancer Res及Cell Mol Life Sci等期刊发表多篇研究论文。主持国家自然科学基金和深圳市医学研究专项资金等多个项目。

主要研究方向:

1. 肿瘤细胞谱系异质性的时空演化及其调控机机制：

（1）肿瘤细胞谱系异质性在耐药和转移过程中的时空演化；

（2）肿瘤细胞可塑性和干性对肿瘤谱系异质性的调控。

2. 肿瘤微环境（如肿瘤相关成纤维细胞和神经细胞）的空间组织模式和功能解析。

3. 小鼠肿瘤模型和肿瘤类器官模型建立和优化。
