个人简介:

中山大学附属第七医院科研中心/泌尿外科副研究员,硕士生导师。于2018年获得中山大学-生物医学材料学博士,并于2019-2020在暨南大学-生物医学工程进行博士后研究工作。20213月加入中山大学附属第七医院,20244月晋升为副研究员。主持2项国家自然科学基金项目、2项广东省基金项目、1项深圳市科创委-面上项目和1项中国博士后基金项目。共发表SCI论文30余篇和1篇专著,研究成果主要发表在Nat CommunSci AdvACS NanoBiomaterialsNano TodayAdv SciAdv Funct MaterJ Control ReleaseActa BiomaterialiaNano LetterSmallACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces等高水平期刊。其中第一或者通讯(含共同)SCI研究论文12篇,SCI综述论文2。论文被引用1000余次,H index 15。担任Adv MaterActa BiomaterialiaAdv Health MaterBiomater ResBioorganic ChemSmallFrontiers in Immunology等期刊审稿专家。

主要研究方向:

1. 前药设计、合成和递送:前体药物的设计合成;发展生理微环境响应的磷脂、多肽和聚合物用于药物(小分子、基因和抗体等)的缓控释放。

2. 生物活性高分子:采用可控聚合的方法开发新型生物相容性的(辅助)治疗型功能高分子(尤其是聚氨基酸衍生物)及其在疾病治疗中的应用探索(例如抗肿瘤免疫治疗)。

3. 再生医学:改性天然高分子,结合药物缓控释技术和组织工程支架技术,促组织修复。
