Consultation Procedure

1.    Appointment making

The hospital is appointment based. Patient can make appointment one week ahead of time.

 Making appointment online:

 Making appointment offline inside the hospital

2.    Seeing physician

Obtain medical ID card at Cashier/Automatic machine (ID card/Visa/Passport)

Register at specialty nursing station

Receiving consultation and complete payment inside the consultation room

Get drugs/treatment/injection/auxiliary examinations/obtaining drugs

Consultation completed

 

3.    Payment and medical insurance

Open a patient ID card with Visa/passport and mobile phone on the automatic machine.

Please ensure the pre-deposit money in the Patient ID Card is enough for charge.

Money can be pre-deposited into Patient ID Card through WeChat pay, bank card and cash.

The pre-deposit money will be returned at any time to the original payment account.

Please contact your medical insurance company to check the co-pay policy.

8am-12am, 2:30pm-5:30pm, Monday to Friday

8am-12am, Saturday and Sunday

Business hour for Health Management Center:

8am-12am, 2:30pm-5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Mobile phone recharger, lost and found, wheelchair, umbrella, reading glasses, needle box and drinking cups etc. are available at the patient service center.

Printing service is available next to the cashier counter.

3. To prevent any contamination, all patients must wear a mask.

4. Our staff will check your temperature in the Outpatient Department Entrance, patients with a fever will be directed to The Fever Clinic.

本院工作人员将会在门诊入口处为您测量体温，如是发热患者，将被引导至发热门诊。

 

5. Please report your travel and contact history, and fill the Health Questionnaire.

 请主动汇报您的旅居及接触史，填写健康登记表。

 

6. Most of our clinics are opened as usual. You can find more information on the hospital website or WeChat Official Account.

7. The Pediatrics and Ophthalmology clinics are not available on weekends.

儿科及眼科周末门诊不开放。
