Dr. Fang is highly skilled in dealing acute care of critical neonates, diagnosis and treatment of difficult and rare neonatal diseases, systematic management of premature infants and small for gestational age(SGA), nutritional and developmental assessment of high-risk neonates after discharge from hospital.

Dr. Chen specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of children's hematological diseases, clinical and experimental studies of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
