The mission of Digestive Medicine Research (Dig Med Res; DMR; ISSN: 2617-1627) is to deliver up-to-date and authoritative coverage of basic, translational, clinical research and operative techniques in gastroenterology, hepatology, and related fields. Consistent with its mission, DMR as an international peer-reviewed open-access journal focuses on Original Articles, Review Articles, Case Reports, dedicated Video Submissions (“How I Do It”).
 

Digestive Medicine Research (DMR) is the official journal of The Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Under the auspices of the hospital, DMR warmly welcome authors who will identify new findings that are changing the practice of medicine and to advise readers how to apply them in daily patient care.  All submissions and review processes of DMR are conducted electronically to expedite the reviews and publication process. DMR features fast-track publication, which means articles are going to be published promptly once accepted, without delay in fitting the publication frequency.
 

Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the "Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals" developed by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (N Engl J Med 1991;324:424-428). Manuscripts submitted must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Journal of Digestive Oncology

Established in Sept. 2008, Journal of Digestive Oncology (electronic version, ISSN 1674-7402,CN 11-9301/R) is managed by National Health and Family Planning Commission of People's Republic of China, hosted by People's Medical Publishing House, under the auspices of The First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University and published by People's Medical Electronic Audio and Video Publishing House.

 

The journal delivers up-to-date literature-based research findings, ideas, guidelines and technologies on digestive oncology through CD and online platforms in electronic format. It gives comprehensive and systematic insights on the pathogeny, pathology, diagnosis and treatment advancement of digestive oncology. It offers in-depth coverages of the far-reaching academic conferences and invites experts to comment and interpret upon the latest released guiding documents including guidelines, consensus, standards and viewpoints. The intended readers include senior and junior specialists who are engaged in clinical, scientific research and teaching work of general surgery, gastroenterology, pancreas and hepatobiliary. The journal features a variety of content including columns, themed forum, treatise, case report, literature review, lectures, and videos. Colored illustrations makes it a head trip and highly readable while the selected surgery clips enable readers to closely experience and appreciate the excellent work of the renowned surgeons locally and internationally, which is widely recognized by the professional and non-professional alike since it came out.

 

Journal of Digestive Oncology is developed by a crew of highly experienced professionals who has the expertise of medical paper writing and editing. They all are outstanding digestive surgeons with extensive clinical and biomedical experience, which ensures the quality and efficiency of the tentative issue and initiation of the journal.

The Selected Videos, our featured content, is committed to offering quality and top-level surgery clips in addition to the classic surgery tutorial videos done by renowned local and international experts. The paper is edited in the international format and will go through four times of proof-reading before released.

 

Moreover, we attach great emphasis to our readers' feedback. They can send comments and suggestions about the content and form of the journal through our official website. A separate online platform is made accessible for real-time communication, telemedicine consultation and even telesurgery demonstrations between experts and readers.

China Journal of Emergency Resuscitation and Disaster Medicine

Established in July 2006, China Journal of Emergency Resuscitation and Disaster Medicine(ISSN 1673-6966,CN 11-5452/R), approved by State Administration of Press and Publication of the PRC, managed by the Ministry of Health, under the auspices of China Association for Disaster & Emergency Rescue Medicine, is distributed at home and abroad. It is so far the first and only medical journal entitled ‘disaster medicine’ featuring emergency and rescue CPR and critical diseases in China

 

The mission of the journal is to expedite the development of emergency, resuscitation and disaster medicine in China, serving as a platform for academic exchange of rescue medicine and emergency management. The journal includes editorials, treatise, expert forum, emergency and CPR, emergency management, disaster medicine study, clinical practice exchange, literature review, case study, major disaster and emergency retrospect, national rules and regulations, guidebook and standards of physician licensing. Our intended readers are not only hospital presidents and emergency department directors and experts who are in the front line of emergency, CPR, critical disease, critical care medicine, but also for the reference of the policymakers working in hygiene and security department at different levels.

 

Our editorial board is teamed up by a group of senior specialists of emergency inside and outside of hospital, CPR and disaster medicine and a panel of local and international scientists and sociologists. Our editors promptly process and strictly check the manuscripts submitted for at least three times, and research papers of nationally and provincially funded programs enjoy preferential release.
